UnStable: Bar Hire
As well as creating mouth-watering food we also have a passion for fine wine, craft beers and fantastic G&T’s. We are personal license holders so have the ability to arrange Temporary Event Notices if needed or just staff your bar. There are different packages available for pre-paid bars, cash bars and manned bars so please contact us with your requirements.
Our 1965 Sinclair Ambassador horse trailer has been converted to bring the bar to you. We offer a bespoke service creating specific drinks menus to make your day truly special. Ranging from themed cocktails to a Gin or Prosecco bar. Offering various services to suit your needs, from a fully managed paid bar to serving drinks provided by the client.
We also have a twin beer pump system so this gives fantastic variety for your guests and means we can serve a ‘proper pint’ not just bottles. We offer the full package providing glassware and staff to fit within the look and theme of your wedding, party or corporate event.
As well as our beautiful converted horse box we can also offer full indoor or outdoor bar set up. With pop up wooden bars and our knowledge of local beers, Artisan Gin producers and the ability to serve Prosecco by the glass as well as on tap we will insure a fantastic bar service for your event.
Once you have booked Unstable for your event you have a number of options as to how the bar is run:
Guests Bar
We set up and serve your guests who pay by cash or card for each drink themselves.
Hosts Bar
As a host you can treat your guests by putting an amount behind the bar for them to enjoy a drink on you. This can be a set amount (after which, the bar will become a guests bar) or perhaps an arrangement where everyone’s first drink is put on a tab, which can be settled by the host at the end of the night.
Open Bar
If you’re feeling generous why not go for an open bar option? Guests will not be charged for drinks, a running tab will be kept throughout the event, which can be settled, by cash or card at the end of the night. Or we can design a set drinks menu and charge a set price per head.
Service Only
This option allows you to provide your own drinks, which will then be refrigerated and served by us. This gives you the opportunity to choose and source your own drinks, yet still have them served to your guests by professional barmen. We can assist with helping to source drinks including drafts lagers and ciders to fine wines and Champagne.
The price for this package is an hourly rate of £95*, which includes:

Minimum 4 hour hire from arrival to departure
£250 booking fee (non refundable)
The booking fee secures your chosen date and includes:
Full bar hire for the duration of your event (excludes drinks packages)
The option to customise the bar to your needs, including a full choice of drinks menu
A Temporary Event Notice to allow the sale of alcohol at your event
Two fully qualified, friendly members of staff to run the bar
Disposable glassware/straws and napkins
Subject to a £750 minimum spend*
