We offer a completely bespoke wedding catering service working closely with your wedding party to make sure your big day is everything you have dreamed of.
Catering for your Unique Wedding
Every wedding is unique and we believe the food for your special day should be unique too. Your food should reflect the setting and theme of your wedding so that it becomes a memorable experience for you and your guests.
The food and celebration styles of weddings have broken away from tradition and we can cater for any occasion whether that be for something informal where grazing boards and sharing platters might be the order of the day to a more formal sit-down wedding breakfast or even a simple but delicious canapé reception. We can work with you to put together a truly special menu for your wedding day. We use local suppliers and seasonal produce so you can be sure the ingredients are fresh and really appetising. Operating out of our catering base in Dunsfold we have the facilities to offer menu planning and tastings onsite.
Cutting Edge’s Mobile Bar for your Wedding
As well as creating mouth-watering food, we also have a passion for fine wine, craft beers and luscious G&T’s. We are personal license holders so have the ability to arrange Temporary Event Notices if needed or just staff your bar. There are different packages available for pre-paid bars, cash bars and manned bars so please contact us with your requirements.
We offer a bespoke service creating specific drinks menus to make your day truly special. Ranging from themed cocktails to a Gin or Prosecco bar. Offering various services to suit your needs, from a fully managed paid bar to serving drinks provided by the client.
We also have a twin beer pump system so this gives fantastic variety for your guests and means we can serve a ‘proper pint’ not just bottles. We offer the full package providing glassware and staff to fit within the look and theme of your wedding.
With pop up wooden bars and our knowledge of local beers, Artisan Gin producers and the ability to serve Prosecco by the glass as well as on tap, we will ensure a top class bar service for your wedding.
Catering for Wedding Venues in Surrey and Sussex
We have catered for weddings across Surrey, Sussex and beyond at a whole host of wedding venues including beautiful barns in idyllic rural locations and grand, elegant mansions. We also cater for marquee weddings which are ideal for couples wanting to get married in a familiar family environment. We can cater for up to 200 people.

About our Founder, Chris Edge
After studying Hospitality at Bournemouth University, Chris stepped back into the kitchen to carry on crafting his skill. From gastro pubs to fine dining French restaurants, Chris has experience in many different cuisines which can be seen in his menus. Working part time for other wedding caterers gave him the opportunity to pick up vital skills in event and menu planning, catering for weddings for up to 200 people.

We have worked hard to build a team of industry professionals covering a wide range of disciplines, who can be relied upon to deliver seamless wedding catering services. This means that your wedding will be covered by a dedicated chef and front of house member of staff who both have the perfect qualities required to ensure your wedding day goes without a hitch! Our team are experienced and professional whilst also remaining calm and approachable so you can relax and enjoy your day knowing you are in safe hands.
